It’s summer outside and the heat keeps rising!
One of the best solutions for such days is a nice cold carrot smoothie!
Ingredients
- 1 cup chilled carrot juice
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1/3 cup minced red bell pepper
Preparation
- Pour carrot juice & mango to a blender and start processing
- Moments later add strawberries and bell pepper
- Process on high speed until the mixture is smooth
Serve in a chilled glass
