This easy and quick Avocado dressing will give your salads (and a lot more) that extra kick to make it unforgettable.
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado,whole-meat removed
- 1 peeled clove of fresh Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 ½ tsp. lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt, Kosher or sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- Water and/or Apple Cider Vinegar
Preparation
- In a small food processor or blender, add the peeled garlic, avocado meat, lemon or lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Thin the dressing out with a bit of water and/or Vinegar, if desired {1/4 – 1/2 cup} until desired consistence is reached.
