Avocado Dressing

This easy and quick Avocado dressing will give your salads (and a lot more) that extra kick to make it unforgettable.


  • 1 Avocado,whole-meat removed
  • 1 peeled clove of fresh Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ tsp. lemon or lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt, Kosher or sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • Water and/or Apple Cider Vinegar


  1. In a small food processor or blender, add the peeled garlic, avocado meat, lemon or lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Thin the dressing out with a bit of water and/or Vinegar, if desired {1/4 – 1/2 cup} until desired consistence is reached.
