I came upon this delicious little desert recipe a while ago and since then i’ve been treating my kids and guests with it every now and then. This one’s a keeper!
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup cocoa
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- put in custard cups
- chill 1 hour and serve topped with unsweetened coconut
