Avocado and egg salad

This recipe is so easy and yummy, often after a long day’s work i find myself preparing it.
You can have it as a side dish or a sandwich any time of the day.


  • 1 small onion
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 2 medium-sized avocados
  • 1/4 lime juice
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Finely chop the onions and place into a bowl.
  2. Split the avocados to 2, peel and remove the seeds before placing it in the bowl.
  3. Add the hard boiled egg and lime juice.
  4. Mash all ingredients together.
  5. season with salt and pepper
