This recipe is so easy and yummy, often after a long day’s work i find myself preparing it.
You can have it as a side dish or a sandwich any time of the day.
- 1 small onion
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 2 medium-sized avocados
- 1/4 lime juice
- Salt & Pepper
- Finely chop the onions and place into a bowl.
- Split the avocados to 2, peel and remove the seeds before placing it in the bowl.
- Add the hard boiled egg and lime juice.
- Mash all ingredients together.
- season with salt and pepper
