Carrot smoothie

It’s summer outside and the heat keeps rising!
One of the best solutions for such days is a nice cold carrot smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled carrot juice
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1/3 cup minced red bell pepper

Preparation

  1. Pour carrot juice & mango to a blender and start processing
  2. Moments later add strawberries and bell pepper
  3. Process on high speed until the mixture is smooth

Serve in a chilled glass
